We’re looking for a process-oriented get-shit-done type to join the AirGarage team as a member of the Operations and Customer Success team.
Your main focus in this role will be to ensure promises made to our customers are fulfilled and their expectations are exceeded. This will be a process-oriented, hands-on role where you need to be extremely tactical to ensure our customer’s parking lots run smoothly. While doing this, you’ll also be writing the playbook for how we scale our service to hundreds of thousands of parking lots around the world.
We’re looking for a software engineer with strong fundamentals and practical projects and experience to join AirGarage. Our stack is Python, Django, React Native, and some microservices in Node and Elixir.
As a startup, we have a variety of ever-changing needs, from new product features to upgrading our codebase to experimental projects in computer vision and license plate recognition. You will contribute to the core product, used by thousands of people per month to find parking.
